Right now, we are looking for a Sales Representative who will help us develop our customer network and build long-term relationships with clients across the country.
What will your job include?
- Actively seeking new business opportunities and building relationships with new clients.
- Taking care of existing customers – regular contact, tailored offers, handling requests.
- Contributing to the creation of sales strategy and company growth.
- Negotiating business terms, preparing offers, handling complaints.
- Regular travel to meet clients – mostly within the Czech Republic.
- Cooperation with purchasing, logistics, and marketing – we are one team.

What do we expect from you?
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills – confident on the phone and in face-to-face meetings.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Sales Representative in B2B (ideally wholesale with flowers).
- Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Proactive, independent, and responsible approach.
- Good user knowledge of PC – Outlook, Excel, CRM systems.
- Driving license group B – traveling is a regular part of the job.
- Passion for sales, drive to succeed, and willingness to learn.
