Right now, we are looking for a Buyer who will be responsible for the selection, quality, and availability of our cut flowers and potted plants.
What will your job include?
- Playing a key role in ensuring fresh cut flowers and potted plants.
- Actively searching for new suppliers in the Czech Republic and abroad.
- Negotiating prices, delivery, and payment terms.
- Regularly monitoring the market, demand, and seasonal trends.
- Planning purchases based on sales data and expected demand.
- Close cooperation with our branches, warehouse, and sales department.
- Taking care of the quality of the assortment – flowers must always be fresh and beautiful.

What do we expect from you?
- Experience in purchasing with a similar assortment.
- Knowledge of the flower/plant market and a desire to follow news and trends – so we know what will delight customers.
- English language skills (Polish is an advantage) – for communication with suppliers.
- Precision, independence, and a responsible approach to work.
- Good knowledge of MS Office – especially working with Excel spreadsheets and internal systems.
