We are growing and looking for a Head of Sales who will not only lead the sales team but will design and execute the company-wide strategy, take responsibility for revenue growth and profitability, and move us one step further.

What you should bring with you:
- Proven experience leading a team with visible results.
- Ability to create and execute a sales strategy – from planning to evaluating impact.
- Experience managing B2B customer relationships and building long-term partnerships.
- Ability to connect sales with other key areas of the business – purchasing, logistics, marketing, and finance.
- Natural leadership and the ability to develop a team – motivate, lead, and set clear direction.
- Strong understanding of sales data and tools.
- Experience in flowers, plants, fresh products, or a very similar industry. Understanding the specifics of this segment is essential – speed, seasonality, handling fresh goods, inventory planning, and customer care, where not only price but also quality and timing matter.
Your responsibilities:
- Define the company’s sales direction and turn it into reality.
- Lead and develop the sales team (5 people) – set goals, improve performance and personal growth, be a driver, not just an evaluator.
- Build systems that help the team grow – from clear metrics and reporting to a meaningful performance-based bonus model.
- Build and develop customer relationships – personally and through the team.
- Identify new business opportunities and markets, expand the product range and sales channels.
- Work closely with purchasing, logistics, marketing, and the CFO to optimize supply chains, plan assortments, set pricing strategies, and align sales, financial, and marketing strategies.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing developments.
- Work very closely with the CEO and COO to jointly define the future growth of St. Gabriel.
